A sprig of rosemary, a bottle of dark beer, some carmelized onions and a couple cups of beef stock tossed on a chuck roast and slow cooked in the oven for about 4 hours will convince you that rosemary should be used with beef.

I use rosemary in bread recipes! It tastes wonderful!
