My Zucchini Plant Progress

My Zucchini Plant Progress

My zucchini plants have been in the ground almost a month, so I figured it would be a great time to post about their progression thus far. I must say they are growing far quicker than I ever expected. The zucchini are already blooming and have started producing some baby zucchini. I have never really had a vegetable start blooming and producing this early in the season – it’s not even Memorial Day yet! I am not sure if this is a good sign or a bad one. I will keep my fingers crossed and hope it’s a good sign. I thought I would share a few pictures of the plants, so here they are:

As you can see the zucchini plants have really taken off. Hopefully, they will provide a good mess of zucchini in a few weeks. If you have some vegetables in your vegetable garden you would like to share, feel free to show them off in the comments area!

  1. Tee I’m impressed you got these in the ground so early. I’ve been burned too many times to plant before last frost date here in Clayton, NC. Have you been having unseasonably warm weather so far? Until this morning of course (chilly)

Keeping my fingers crossed for you. Zucchini bread awaits.
