One way I found of killing ants is take a shovel full of dirt and ants from one pile and place it onto another pile and vice versa. Each thinks it is getting invaded and they kill each other.

Ants are driving me crazy; they are everywhere and in great numbers. I keep their numbers down in the house by using borax and honey or jelly mix. There seems to be some disagreement about safety of borax in veggie garden. Has anyone tried the cinnamon solution with success? flooding them out of the bags of soil did not work; they can swim! Help, please!!
