Bell Peppers in distress!

Hello,

I transplanted my bell peppers about 2 weeks ago. They were very health and strong from what i could tell, but now it seems some sort of pests are getting to them outside and as slowly fading because of this.

What might be causing these issues? Is there a way to prevent these things from happening?

All advice is welcome and appreciated.

Welcome....Where do you live?....Is there a chance that frost got to them. Pests and bugs aren't usually an issue this early.
I live in Illinois. The last frost date was on May 3rd I believe.

It crossed my mind because we are expecting a chance of frost here tonight. I am laying off planting my peppers and tomatoes until next week.

I believe we had a frost after the 3rd this year as well.
