I basically used the same materials they do in the video. if you need to place one directly on the ground re-bar works to hold the PVC pipes in place too.


I also built a trellis out of hog panels 2 of them bowed into an arch the green beans love to grow up them and they are tall enough to cover with clear plastic and create a walk in green house. plus they are sturdy enough to hang pots from.

That's really nice Stephanie you seem very resourceful. I will start another thread about trellises soon. I have some things in mind maybe you can help me out with some additional ideas

It is winter now and I spend time reading mother earth news magazine and other books on gardening,farming,outdoor survival, etc. kinda amazing where you can get ideas from for gardens.
