Garden problems

Garden problems I got one tomato this year, and the tomato I have looks hirable, The tomato plants are barly 3 foot tall. I planted them early spring. UGG I have no idea what is going on I have plenty of sun, cow menewer water etc Here are the tomato plants :( Here are my cucumbers. the base of the vines seem to dry up and eventualy die. I have no idea whats going on. Any help would be helpfull
