Garden problems

I got one tomato this year, and the tomato I have looks hirable, The tomato plants are barly 3 foot tall. I planted them early spring. UGG I have no idea what is going on I have plenty of sun, cow menewer water etc

Here are the tomato plants

Here are my cucumbers. the base of the vines seem to dry up and eventualy die. I have no idea whats going on.

Any help would be helpfull

Thanks for the reply. Strange it has ben raining over here every othor day for about 3 weeks and they still didnt look very good. but I will start watering every evening.

Harrylee where would I go to get a soil test?

Hey guys,

I asked my neighbor. She said she had the local university test it for free.

Might be a soil problem i have ben having this problem for a couple of years now.
