Hello everyone. First post here. I am always interested in looking at photos of other folk's garden sheds. There are some really creative designs that show up occasionally.

Here's a few photos of my garden house that I built on our ranch here in Texas. I use it mainly to store garden stuff and it has a sink to wash and process vegetables inside. I really enjoy just sitting on the front porch to have a good cigar and watch my garden grow on a sunny day.

If anyone has photos of their garden shed or house, feel fee to post them here and we'll all take a look!

Welcome Bud, good to have you here. I have built a few sheds, but they are pretty basic, nothing fancy.

This one I framed for my son in law, he finished it after.

Thanks for the photos! I admire your framing skills. I am a terrible framer. No matter how hard I try, I rarely get things perfectly square and plumb.

Here are a few photos of the interior of my garden shed for those interested...

Wish my sheds were that neat and tidy inside....lol
From what I can see, you framed that right. The window openings look like the are properly done etc.

For my son in laws shed and the one at the trailer park, I framed them at home in pieces and then transported them there and set them up.

The odd thing is that I have been a master woodworker for many years. I have built many pieces of fine furniture and have extensively remodeled my 120 year old house. But I just cannot frame accurately. LOL Framing is an art in itself that takes it's own set of skills, so I just barely get by in that department. Once the walls are up, I can work pretty good. Here is an example of my work. This is my library in my home. I built everything, including the desk, cabinetry, and the room itself.

I've always had a passion for gardening and decided to take it to the next level by designing and building my own garden from scratch. I wanted a conventional design with raised beds, trellises, and a patio area. I did all the work myself, from leveling the ground to building the raised beds, and even installing the patio. One of the challenges I faced was attaching the trellises securely to the raised beds. I decided to use rroofing screws as they were sturdy and rust-resistant. It took a lot of time and effort, but seeing my vision come to life was worth it.

Welcome....Did you ever get this built? Do you have any pictures?
