Gardening in my head, for now!

Hello, all! Happy to be here.
I live in Citrus Heights, California; a section of Sacramento County, I've had my fingers in dirt since I was a little twig, and I have many fond memories of gardening with three grandfathers in three VERY different locations/climates.
For now, my garden is only in my head. A combination of health issues for both myself and my partner have stopped us from restructuring our back yard.
...I'm hoping to convince him one day that we should take out the FRONT lawn, as well! ;)

Hello,
Glad to meet you. My parents used to live in Citrus Heights, Ca, on Sugar Maple. Nice place to live. I think front yards should all be gardens. I would like to do that also.
