Help! Bush beans not flowering!

Hello! Hoping someone will have insight on this. I planted State Half Runner bush beans around April 21st. The plants look great but they are not flowering yet. The package says Harvest 60 days after planting date. Should I be worried that they are not flowering yet? Thanks in advance.
