Hi from Brooklyn

Hi. I've been gardening for a few years now. This is by far my best year. The neighrborhood squirrels decided to give me a break so far, for which I am thankful. I was previously using regular pots but this year I've added two self watering planters that seem to be working well. One has cucumbers and tomatoes and the other has lettuce and broccoli. I've got two pots with strawberries which I've enjoyed eating over the last couple months. I'm looking forward to harvesting more and more as time goes by.

Hi there - Just wanted you to know about Smart Pots - http://www.smartpots.com/ - I have 4 30 gallon ones each housing 1 tomato plant. I like them because they're breathable & so far, the tomatoes are doing really well in them. And at the end of the season, they fold up, so no storage problems.....
