Have gardened on and off, but the last two years have really focused on it. Garden is doing great this year, tomato plants are about 4 foot tall! Trying to organize preserving methods for all the crops. I am in zone 5 here. I do have questions about asparagus, as we started new plants this year from roots. Do I keep cutting back all the growing asparagus this year on a regular basis, then look at truly harvesting next year?
