Hello all; how do I get rid of brown fungus that is attacking my avocado plant, I have an avocado plant
for about almost two years now I bought about a foot tall it is now two foot tall but I has developed a brown
fungus that move quickly on the plant and pretty soon it is just a dark brown stick I had happen before I don'
if I am giving it to much water it is under a pine tree it did pretty well in the winter I use to cover at night but
now the young leaves is yellowish and brown I shave some of the fungus off the trunk with a sterilize blade without
too much damage I put some petroleum gel to replace the moisture, then I put some fungus medicine on it to keep
from air which is helping some what . it hasn't spread in the upper limbs because its seems as I stop it but it is spreading
quickly in the roots it is in very healthty dirt. thanks have great day. purplelily
