My number one goal is to grow high quality food for my friends and family. Gardening also provides me with a sactuary from my busy life as a pastry chef and bakery owner. I have had an interest in gardening for serveral years. I also have an interest in aquaponics. I’m currently learning basics and hoping to learn allot from this forum.
