I'm also in North Texas. When I have more time, we will have to talk about how you manage to grow all those yummy veggies with this wonderfully hot weather here in North Texas. I limit my veggies to cucumbers, tomatoes, banana peppers and okra. I tried watermelon last year and zucchini and yellow squash, but the squash vine bore got them. I am all organic.
