Hi Everyone Out There!

I have an outside garden that is fenced in with cattle fencing. Ground squirrels, mice, chipmunks, and other critters love my veggies. Yummy. I had some left over very smooth solexx panels that I put up around the lower part of the fence. But I need more. If you have some or any other smooth plastic/polycarb materials that you don't want would you send it to me? Or if you have other ideas for protecting my veggies, I'd appreciate your sharing them with me.

The problem is that I live at an altitude of 8200 feet - high up on a mountain with well water. No pressure pump as a delivery system. I don't shoot critters and they are too smart for trap and release devices. I've already tried those. If they would just eat the entire veggie I wouldn't mind so much but they eat half and then move on to the next.

Our specially formulated Solexx greenhouse panels are a polyethylene blend and not polycarbonate. Insulated Solexx paneling is available only on Solexx Greenhouses. The covering is insulated to cut down heating and cooling costs, but most importantly, you get more light diffusion than is available with other types of covering. University tests have shown that plants grow better under diffused light. Another feature that makes us different is our built-in bench frames. With almost all other greenhouse kits, benches are a large additional expense. Also we include full-length hanging rods to overwinter hanging baskets.

roni, get you some rabbit fencing. It is pretty cheap and has smaller openings then chicken wire. you can tie this onto your cattle fencing with wire ties. you might want to dig a narrow trench below your cattle fencing and bury the rabbit fencing about a foot or so in the ground. some varmits like to dog under, especially rabbit.
have a nice day gardening
