Newbie mini vegetable farmer and plant mama

Hi! I'm Ronnie Margaret from Mississippi Zone 8. I began mini-vegetable farming in August 2014 as a complete newbie. My raised beds are at waist level, so no bending for me, yea! I am especially interested in growing more miniature vegetables which, I have learned, can be often be immature vegetables. I am now starting seedlings indoors in mini-greenhouses facing Southern sun and also maintaining plant plugs under grow lights. Am interested in receiving "how to tips" on successful indoor and outdoor vegetable gardening. Thanks!
