Hi DWells here, I'm new to this website, live in northeastern MS. My wife & I are talking about the new idea of rain barrels for our garden this year...need some input so here's our info.
My wife & I purchased a home with 5 acres and are planting a garden this year. We're located in northeastern MS, a lot of homes don't have gutters & downspouts, ours does not. You mention in your article on this site placing rain barrels close to garden, the garden will not be near the house, another reason for barrels. We pay for our water and have water bans issued quite frequently. Do you have any suggestions that would help us?
