Hi Ya'll
Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is "Flower Child"...aka Lori. I have been gardening since I was a little girl. However as the years have gone by it has been pretty sporadic . I just started again and believe me I am into it with all four feet. I absolutely love it. I garden during the day and spend my nights reading about gardening.
Gardening is very challenging here in Lubbock, TX. Which by the way would be Zone 7b. Lots of wind and hardly no rain.
I have a flower garden going and a veggie garden. I am looking forward to sharing information with all of you. I am really looking forward to finding out more about pests and disease in the veggie garden, composting, recognizing problems in the garden and how to best deal with them.
